- Can be hand-washed.
- Tumble dry low.
- Use warm water and dish soap and clean spots off your hat. It’s not necessary to soak the whole item. For hard to clean spots use a soft bristled brush.

2. Enter the name or text you want to customize. You can use tools to adjust the font size and position.

3. You can choose to upload a simple and clear logo or your company emblem picture. We will present it with the most perfect effect.
4. Please carefully read our warm tips to ensure the accuracy of your customization information.
- We are made to order company. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped.
Once your order has shipped, the estimated delivery time is between 10 to 15 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

Please be reminded that our warranty policy lasts 30 days for replacement/refund requests only. If 30 days have gone by since you received the order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a replacement or refund.
